We offer a variety of Personal journey sessions to suit your individual needs, using conscious breath to increase physical, emotional and spiritual awareness. Releasing the past and illuminating you, your goals and your future.
Whatever your goals may be, whether you're looking to; educate yourself on breath practises, experience simple breath exercises to support the regulation of your nervous system, get to know yourself on a deeper level or experience a transformative personal development journey - You can find details and opportunities on our 'make a booking' page. This is your opportunity to breathe deep and shine bright.
All sessions are confidential.
What happens at a session?
A typical session is based on a 3 part experience:
1) Space to share where you are right now / Set your intention for the session
2) Breathe - Breathing process, usually laying on a mattress
3) Integration - Time to rest & reflect together
At the end of our time together, our Breathers will be provided with a written summary / key notes from the session, recommendations and self-care suggestions to take away.
How many people can book in for session(s)?
We currently welcome people to book in for 1:1 sessions, couples sessions and groups of up to 8. Dates, times and numbers can be agreed upon our contact / booking.

Using fire consciously in our personal journey can be a powerful part of our practise. We can use it to illuminate, we can use it to cleanse, to purify.
During these session(s) we will spend time at the fires edge breathing in to what is no longer serving us, before consciously letting it go to the flames and experiencing a lay down breathe, as a gateway to moving in to the next version of yourself - a firey rebirth!

Respirate to Illuminate understands that sometimes schedules change, and therefore kindly request at least 48 hours notice ahead of your appointment when cancelling or rescheduling.
Our policy on 'no shows' on the day/time of booking is that everyone makes mistakes sometimes! We will therefore be happy to re-arrange your appointment on 1 occasion (transferring to a future date/time), but any subsequent 'no shows' will need to be charged at full rate/will be non-refundable.
In the event that you are unfortunately late to your appointment, please be aware that we will need to still complete our session at the original pre-agreed time. This ensures I can effectively support the client(s) that are booked in after you.
Our health policy is to please rearrange your appointment if you have any COVID symptoms, you have a positive COVID test or you are feeling unwell in any way.
